Store Connectivity and AG Coordinator

Job purpose

The AG Manager accomplishes increased lead flow through both store associates and SGI-employed Appointment Generators (AGs). They will seek to keep all of our assigned stores fully staffed during weekend power hours by hiring motivated, well-trained employees and overseeing their performance. Additionally, this manager will seek to engage the store employees in acquiring leads through training and promotion activities. The best candidate for this position will have several years of experience in lead generation.

Duties and responsibilities

Hire, train, motivate, and manage SGI employed Appointment Generators to cover the weekend power hours of each store in such a way as to maximize lead quantity and quality. This will include on-site training for new hires.
Implement and execute store-related promotions and maintain existing programs.
Attend special meetings at the stores, manager walk-throughs, etc.
Manage AG performance numbers – record, reward, and replace as needed.
Discover ways to improve our ability to obtain more quality leads.
This job entails driving throughout Michigan and the Toledo area. A company vehicle will be provided with a company-paid gas card.
You’ll be working most weekends, with the flexibility to choose your weekday time off.

Benefits Package

Salary: starts at $45,000 annually, paid bi-weekly with a bonus plan

Bonus: Several Bonus categories to raise total compensation, based on results. Expected total compensation should exceed $70,000.

IRA Eligibility to participate after 90 days. The company matches up to 3%.

Health Insurance: SGI will match 70% of the cost, up to $3500/yr.

The company provided the vehicle with a gas expense card.

Installation Helper Job Duties

Need a basic understanding of mechanics and good spatial ability
Must be able to follow proper warranty procedures and fill out paperwork legibly
Need to provide your own hand tools
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Must have or be able to obtain a Chauffeurs License
Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Physical
Able to perform a task with little to no supervision
Ability to diagnose and repair most HVAC equipment is a plus
Experience with RTUs, boilers, generators, geothermal or refrigeration is a plus

Required education:

High school or equivalent
EPA Section 608: Universal
Certifications a plus!

Lead installer

SGI Heating and Cooling is accepting applications for full-time, year-round HVAC Installers located in Flint, MI. The position is for the Installation of residential HVAC equipment throughout Michigan and Northern Ohio, including Gas Furnaces, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, Boilers, Water Heaters, as well as being able to make the necessary sheet metal fittings to complete the job.

The professional we select will apply technical skills and knowledge to install, start-up, and troubleshoot new systems.
