There were minor things that they could have ignored or just skipped, and they installed my new furnace and A/C as if it was their own house. They walked me through everything and made sure that I was satisfied before they left. I will tell everyone to use SGI for their heating and cooling needs. It's nice to know that Home Depot has some good people working with them.
