There were minor things that they could have ignored or just skipped, and they installed my new furnace and A/C as if it was their own house. They walked me through everything and made sure that I was satisfied before they left. I will tell everyone to use SGI for their heating and cooling needs. It's nice to know that Home Depot has some good people working with them. Not to mention that they were about $3,000 to $4,000 below the other estimate I got, and there were no extra costs at the end. I couldn't be happier! -
